We want you to love your footwear from TrailStride. If something isn’t quite right, our return policy is designed to be simple, fair, and fast.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, undamaged, and clean
In the original shoe box or packaging
Returned with proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Items worn outdoors or returned in poor condition will not be accepted.

Return the product using your preferred trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please reorder if you need a replacement.
